After the last General Assembly on 12 November 2025
the important points are:
- the service headquarters is being moved to the city of Akhuryan
- the Armenian PANDO Foundation is in the process of being certified by the Armenian state
- with the certification, the PANDO Foundation will be able to take over full management of the service, which will become a public body, AAAA will remain present as a consultant
- the development of home care services in other conurbations is planned for the future
- the possibility of establishing a competence centre in Aygabats with the University of Gyumri is also envisaged
